The Chinese Old Timers of Portland is a group that meets twice a year for lunch (in March & September). All friends, families and acquaintances of Chinese Old Timers are welcome. This group is purely social; with no political, religious, or fundraising agendas. Volunteers plan and organize the luncheons for social purposes only.
